Tips for a Better Visit
Share details. Explain the style you want and mention if your dogs are hesitant during grooming so the team can adjust its approach.
Check length. For a haircut, ask to check the length on one area first; one customer reviewed the tummy length before the rest.
Use pickup. If your day is busy, ask about pick-up and drop-off; customers describe it as useful when they cannot manage the trip.
Use parking. Drivers can use the covered parking, and Wi-Fi is available if you need to work while waiting.
Shop after. Leave time to browse food, accessories, toys and treats after grooming; several customers pick up supplies during the same visit.
