Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm booking. Reconfirm the appointment shortly beforehand; one customer reported a no-show despite booking three days in advance.
Check scope. If you want a deep kitchen clean, confirm that drawers and cupboards will be cleaned inside.
Inspect first. Walk through the property before the team leaves and raise any missed areas immediately.
Request invoice. If VAT is charged, ask for the proper VAT invoice before settling the job.
Allow time. For a large villa, plan most of the day: one nine-person team finished between roughly 4 and 5 pm.

The Bottom Line
Al Abraaj Cleaning Services handles house and apartment cleaning in Port Saeed, with reviews especially focused on deep cleaning. You can book a detailed home clean, kitchen cleaning that reaches inside drawers and cupboards, carpet washing, or specialist sofa and curtain cleaning. The strongest feedback describes polite, experienced teams that work quickly without overlooking corners.
The scale of the job matters. A nine-person crew with two supervisors reportedly cleaned a large 3+study+1 villa from around 9:30–10:00 am until 4–5 pm, while another team finished a two-hour booking carefully rather than rushing through it. For apartments, reviewers mention spotless kitchens and bathrooms, furniture and carpets cleaned together, and attention to grout lines.
The experience is not completely consistent. Some customers reported missed appointments, three schedule changes, poor results that left them cleaning afterwards, or difficulty obtaining a VAT invoice. One review also says management pressured cleaners to finish quickly.
Reconfirm the booking, agree the exact scope in advance, request a VAT invoice if applicable, and inspect the work before the team leaves. Pricing is described as reasonable in several reviews, though one customer reported paying AED 500 for a deep-cleaning service and was unhappy with the result.
