Confirm fees. Ask for the full fee before requesting urgent work, as one review describes paying double for a faster CV change.
Request updates. For visa or document work, ask how progress updates will be shared; customers valued being kept constantly informed.
Clarify steps. Ask the staff to explain the application stages and required documents before submission.
Allow time. Although many reviews report very fast results, confirm the expected timeframe for your specific application.
Check printing. If you need paperwork copies, ask about the on-site colour or black-and-white printing service.

The Bottom Line
Al Bustan Typing Center in Al Barsha handles the practical paperwork that can make life in Dubai feel needlessly complicated. Reviews mention visa applications, Visa Cancellation, UAEICP Application and New Visa Processing, as well as Emirates ID and other government-related documents. Customers often describe the process as quick, straightforward and clearly explained.
Speed is the standout theme. One customer received a visa within 30 minutes, another reported getting a son’s resident visa in two hours, and a longer-term customer said Golden Visas were completed in two days. Those examples are useful benchmarks, but they are not guarantees; ask what timeframe applies to your own case.
Reviewers also value progress updates, appointment reminders and help assembling family documents. Pricing is described as reasonable or lower than other typing centres, though one negative review alleges double payment for an urgent CV photo change and poor overnight communication. Confirm the complete fee and urgency surcharge before work starts, especially when a deadline is involved.
The centre can also prepare CVs and provide colour or black-and-white printing, handy if your application needs last-minute paperwork.
