The Bottom Line
AL RAS REF DEVICES SPARE PARTS TR in Al Quoz is most useful when you need automotive air-conditioning parts rather than a general browse through accessories. Reviews mention replacement AC compressors, condensers, small valves and seals, with customers saying the staff understood the components and could help identify what was needed. Product quality is a consistent reason to consider the shop.
Customers describe parts as good or high quality, while several also call the prices reasonable or affordable. One review specifically pairs affordable rates with good product quality; another says AC parts were available at a good discount. That makes it worth asking about the current price and any discount before finalising an order.
Service is another strong point in the recent feedback. Customers describe clear explanations, friendly support, quick responses and smooth purchasing, and some report parts or orders arriving on time. If your repair is time-sensitive, confirm delivery timing when you order rather than assuming availability means immediate delivery.
There is one clear caution: an older review describes rude staff, difficult language and no willingness to compromise on price. Most newer reviews are positive, but a direct check of compatibility, stock and total cost should still make the visit more straightforward.
