Al Sarab Hotel

Deira

Al Sarab Hotel is a colourful contemporary hotel in Deira, popular with travellers who want Al Rigga Metro Station, restaurants and shops close by. Guests can also use the rooftop pool, while the on-site nightclubs make the hotel livelier—and potentially noisier—than a quiet city stay.

The Bottom Line

Al Sarab Hotel’s strongest practical advantage is its Deira location: Al Rigga Metro Station is within a roughly five-minute walk, with restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. That makes it useful for short business trips, airport connections and sightseeing when transport matters more than a polished resort atmosphere. Rooms are often described as comfortable and reasonably equipped, and some longer stays received attentive housekeeping and professional service.

There is more to use on site than just the room. Reviews mention a rooftop swimming pool, valet parking, a salon and spa, Thai massage, and made-to-order breakfast with eggs, chicken sausage, mushrooms, hash browns, hummus and foul. Breakfast feedback is mixed, however: one guest found it fresh, while another reported the same remade breakfast every day.

The main caution is the nightlife. Three or four bars and discos operate in the building, and guests on the fourth, fifth and sixth floors reported loud music or thumping late at night; a seventh-floor room was reported as quiet. Cigarette smells and dirty carpets also appear repeatedly in complaints.

If you book, request a high-floor non-smoking room, confirm the pool is open, and check club or coffee-shop charges carefully before paying.
