Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm users. If several people will print, ask for installation across all users and have the setup tested before departure.
Request training. Ask for an operating walkthrough, especially if you need help with scanning, printing or the printer’s additional features.
Ask about rentals. If you do not want to buy immediately, ask about rental availability; a reviewer received an almost-new, flawless-performing unit.
Check refurbished units. For refurbished Canon printers, ask about condition and usage counts; one purchase had very low counts and excellent condition.
Plan configuration. When buying for an office, confirm that the computers and laptops will be configured with the new printer.
Ask maintenance tips. During a repair or installation, ask how to maintain the printer and prevent recurring issues.

The Bottom Line
Alhadeed Computer and Printer Trading LLC is a computer shop in Business Bay that appears especially geared towards office printing needs. You can buy or rent printers, arrange installation, and get help when a printer or scanner stops working. Reviews repeatedly describe smooth setup, clear explanations and practical technical support rather than a handover-and-goodbye experience.
The range mentioned by customers includes the Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5535i, praised for fast performance, reliability and print quality, as well as refurbished Canon printers. One refurbished purchase involved two units delivered to Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai on the same day; the customer noted excellent condition and very low usage counts. That makes it worth asking about refurbished stock if you are comparing new and used equipment.
Installation is a major part of the experience. Technicians have configured printers for multiple users, connected office computers and laptops, demonstrated scanning and printing, and checked that everything worked before leaving. Rental is another useful route, with one reviewer receiving an almost-new printer that performed flawlessly.
Reviews also mention office network support and repairs to printer-scanner systems. No specific prices are published in the supplied reviews, though customers describe pricing as reasonable or competitive.
