The 2023 Kia Carnival was clean, spacious for seven people and used successfully for a two-day Abu Dhabi road trip.
Quick replies
Reviews mention instant answers to queries and very fast message responses before pickup and during the rental process.
Doorstep delivery
A Porsche 911 Carrera S was delivered to the renter’s doorstep and collected from the same spot.

Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm fees. Before collecting the car, get mileage, fuel, Salik and every possible fee confirmed in writing.
Check payment. If you plan to pay by crypto, reconfirm that the system is working before returning the car and keep an alternative ready.
Allow time. Leave extra time for collection and return: one renter found the initial pickup bureaucratic and the drop-off lasted nearly an hour.
Ask delivery. If convenience matters, ask whether doorstep delivery and collection are available; one Porsche renter used both.
Ask deposit. Confirm the deposit terms for your specific car, since some renters reported booking without one.

The Bottom Line
Alligator Car Rental in Business Bay suits drivers looking beyond a basic economy hire. Reviews mention convertible Ford Mustangs, Porsche 911s, BMWs and practical larger cars such as the 2023 Kia Carnival and Nissan Pathfinder. The Carnival handled a two-day Abu Dhabi road trip and was described as clean and roomy enough for seven people, while the performance cars were repeatedly praised for their condition and driving experience.
The day-to-day service is a strong part of the picture. Customers describe fast replies, clear explanations, smooth pickup and return, and, in one Porsche 911 Carrera S review, doorstep delivery followed by collection from the same spot. Some renters also reported no deposit, which can make the booking simpler, but that should be confirmed for your particular vehicle rather than assumed.
There is one serious caution in the feedback. A January 2026 renter reported extra-mileage, fuel-service and other charges at drop-off, a crypto-payment failure, and a return process lasting nearly an hour. The same review alleged pressure to leave a positive review in exchange for waiving Salik charges.
That account conflicts with other reviews describing transparent pricing and no surprises, so ask for mileage, fuel, Salik, deposit and payment terms in writing before collecting the car.
