Check Batches. For bulk tea purchases, check the production or freshness details; one buyer found later boxes older and less fragrant.
Try WhatsApp. Use WhatsApp for product questions first, as one customer reported fast, clear replies there.
Track Orders. If ordering online, keep your delivery details and follow up promptly because reviews report late and missing orders.
Use The App. Check the mobile app before buying: a reviewer reported receiving discounts and gifts through app orders.
Watch Detergent. If choosing boxed detergent, remember that one review found the powder hardened after the box tore and exposed it to air.

The Bottom Line
Alokozay Group is an FMCG manufacturer in Dubai Industrial City, and its customer reviews give a useful picture of what people actually buy: tea, tissues, cooking oil, cola and baby diapers. The online shop and mobile app are also part of the experience, while WhatsApp is mentioned as a quick way to ask questions. Product feedback is generally strongest around quality and value.
Baby diapers receive a five-star recommendation, and the cola has been described as better tasting than Coca-Cola and Pepsi by one reviewer. Tea is a long-running household favourite for some customers, but bulk buyers should check batch freshness. One detailed review reported older boxes losing flavour and prices rising from 32 boxes for AED 141 to 11 boxes for AED 110.
The main caution is online fulfilment. Reviews include late deliveries, missing items, wrong products and periods when calls, emails or messages went unanswered. Ordering can also be difficult, and boxed detergent has been criticised because the packaging may tear and let the powder become hard and lumpy.
If you order, keep an eye on delivery timing and consider using WhatsApp for questions; the app may also provide discounts or gifts.
