APCC was established in September 1972 by the two partners Mr. Sami Khalil Khoury and Mousa D Al Moussa. Mr. Elie M El Moussa S/o Mousa Al Moussa took over & managing the Company since 15 years to keep abreast of the latest developments in this field. During the past 15 years APCC has multiplied its original turnover and crossed a billion mark. This was accomplished by a steady expansion policy without sacrifice of quality and performance. On the other hand, professionalism was greatly enhanced. We are ISO Certified: EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 by IQCS. We also hold an environment certification from Abu Dhabi’s government -Estidama Certified Company.
