Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm Stock. Before making a long trip, confirm that the exact item is physically available; one customer drove two hours for lava rock that was missing.
Verify Delivery. For online orders, get the delivery date and timing confirmed before paying or rearranging your day, especially for live animals.
Check Prices. Compare the website and shop price at checkout; one customer said six shrimp cost 110 AED in-store despite a lower online price.
Check Hours. Message before visiting rather than relying only on the posted hours, since a visitor found the shop locked during working hours.
Ask Aftercare. For landscaping, clarify what happens if plants yellow or driftwood develops biofilm, as one customer later struggled to get help.

The Bottom Line
ae is aimed at aquarium hobbyists who want more than a basic fish-and-tank purchase. You can buy live plants, fish, shrimp and aquascaping materials, or have a planted aquarium designed and landscaped. Terrariums are another recurring offering, and one customer praised a 120cm rimless tank with a custom-finish cabinet.
The strongest reviews focus on planted-tank craftsmanship and advice. Customers describe clean, balanced scapes, healthy livestock, a broad plant selection and patient help choosing the right aquarium. One visitor travelled from outside Dubai and said the team prepared stock in advance and opened early for the visit.
That suggests the shop can be especially useful for a planned, specialist purchase rather than a casual browse. The main caution is reliability after ordering. Multiple reviews report delayed or missed deliveries, slow WhatsApp replies and online stock that did not match reality.
A customer waited two weeks for live plants with no update, while another drove two hours for lava rock that was unavailable. Opening hours have also been questioned, so confirm before travelling. If you buy in-store, check the price against the website: one reviewer was charged AED 110 for six shrimp despite seeing a lower online price.
For landscaping, ask about aftercare and delivery responsibilities upfront.
