Plan setups. For a full installation, ask about the correct heater/chiller unit, pumps, sand filter and wiring together.
Ask for spares. If your pool needs maintenance items, ask specifically about disinfectants and spare pump parts.
Check delivery. If you need chemicals or equipment quickly, ask about delivery; one customer reported fast delivery to their location.
Discuss support. Before buying, ask what after-sales support is available, since customers have specifically valued help after purchase.
Specify fountains. For water features, describe the exact requirement and ask about fountain lights, waterfalls or nozzles.

The Bottom Line
Astralux Pools LLC is a swimming pool supply store in Warsan where you can buy pool equipment and accessories rather than only arrange general pool work. Reviews specifically mention heat-cool pumps, pool chemicals, pool lights and spare parts for pool pumps. Fountain projects are covered too, with customers naming fountain lights, stainless steel waterfalls and fountain nozzles.
The strongest pattern is practical help from a knowledgeable team. One customer said Astralux supplied the correct heater/chiller unit, pumps, sand filter and wiring, with the work completed on time. Other reviews mention quick responses, fast delivery and useful follow-up.
After-sales support also comes up, which matters when equipment needs clarification after installation. Pricing is commonly described as reasonable or affordable, including for Astralpool products, although the reviews do not provide current itemized prices. If you are buying for a complete setup, take your pool specifications and ask about the equipment combination rather than choosing parts in isolation.
For maintenance, ask directly about disinfectants and pump spares; for a water feature, name the exact fountain component you need. Delivery may be available, so confirm that when placing an order.
