The Bottom Line
Auto Assist Limousine in Al Barsha is a chauffeur-driven service for airport transfers, Dubai tours and family travel. Reviews point to a useful combination for travellers: punctual collection, luggage help and smooth rides, including one early airport drop-off where the chauffeur arrived ahead of time. The service also comes up in family travel.
One customer booked a limo for their kids and called it “Safe, Secure and trustworthy,” while another described an enjoyable family Dubai tour. Late arrivals are covered in the feedback too, with a customer thanking the company for an airport pickup at midnight. Repeat users mention booking several times and receiving professional service each time.
The business says its fleet includes luxury cars, family sedans and 4X4 cars, although the reviews do not identify specific models or prices. If you are arranging an airport run, confirm the pickup time and luggage needs when booking; the strongest practical feedback concerns early arrivals, baggage assistance and punctual drop-offs. There is also a serious warning in one review: an investor alleged that two vehicles registered in their name were taken without consent, communications were ignored and legal action was ongoing.
That allegation is separate from the ride reviews, but it is worth checking agreements carefully if your relationship goes beyond booking a car.
