One tile customer had their tiles stored until needed, then received replacements and extra tiles after delivery damage.
After-sales help
A basin was collected, drilled and returned in under 48 hours, with the process personally overseen for quality control.
Installation care
A delivery and installation team was praised for working efficiently, handling items carefully, keeping the area tidy and removing boxes.
One-stop shopping

Tips for a Better Visit
Check delivery. Confirm the delivery address and box count in writing before delivery; one order went to the wrong address and arrived incomplete.
Inspect boxes. Photograph packaging and inspect tiles before opening or installation, since one delivery contained water-damaged cartons and broken tiles.
Confirm parts. Before accepting a WC, verify that the supplied parts match the installation requirements and keep the contractor involved.
Visit off-peak. If you want staff assistance, avoid weekend peak hours, when one customer found getting help tested their patience.
Ask storage. Ask whether your tiles can be stored until the property is ready; a customer used this option successfully.

The Bottom Line
BAGNODESIGN Dubai is a bathroom supply showroom in Al Quoz with complete bathroom displays and a dedicated Tile Studio. It is a useful stop for bathroom tiles, sanitary ware and renovation planning, especially if you want to compare designs and get advice before ordering. Reviews also point to broad international-brand choice and plenty of in-stock availability.
The service can be very hands-on when the right process is in place. One basin was collected, drilled and returned in under 48 hours, while another customer received replacement tiles and extra pieces after delivery damage. Installation teams are also praised for careful handling, tidy work and removing empty boxes.
Long-term technical support has helped some customers resolve installation problems and source replacement parts. There is a clear caution around delivery and after-sales consistency. Other customers report unanswered calls, missing items, incorrect delivery addresses, damaged packaging, broken tiles and a WC supplied with incompatible parts.
One reviewer said finishes had deteriorated after 10 months. Confirm the address, item count and WC parts in writing, photograph boxes before opening, and ask about tile storage. Weekend peak hours may also make it harder to find attentive assistance.
