Common Concerns
Design rigidity
One customized birthday order became stressful when design changes were refused and the vinyl lettering arrived peeling.
Limited flexibility
A gender-reveal request was declined because the store did not have a box, without offering alternatives.
Helium failure
One customer reported that some helium balloons fell to the ground in less than 24 hours and was refused a partial refund.
Price concern
A same-day order was described as fast but somewhat expensive, so urgent delivery may cost more than expected.

The Bottom Line
ae is an online balloon shop in Al Wasl serving Dubai with helium balloons, custom bouquets, birthday arrangements and delivery. It is particularly geared toward celebrations where the design matters: customers have ordered dinosaur-themed balloons, custom printed balloons and full surprise-birthday decorations, sometimes with setup included. WhatsApp is a useful part of the process.
Customers ordering from the UK and Ireland received updates and photos before delivery, while local buyers used it to confirm balloon configurations. The shop has also handled urgent requests impressively, with several reviews describing delivery or completed custom work within two hours. One setup was finished in under 15 minutes, and another order arrived before a child woke up for a birthday.
Quality feedback is mostly strong, including balloons lasting more than two days and fresh flowers, but it is not completely consistent. One customer reported helium balloons dropping within 24 hours, and another found peeling vinyl lettering on arrival. There was also criticism of inflexible responses to a gender-reveal box request and an unwanted flower style.
Confirm the final design, lettering and quantities before delivery, especially for a premium customized order.
