The dosa was a texture of both the set dosa and the big mat dosa. I felt like he is the child of them lol. I would recommend you to eat the dosa of King Chef Muhaisna 4 to better understand what you lack.”

Tips for a Better Visit

Showing 2 of 5
1

Allow Time. Build in extra time for delivery or freshly prepared dishes; reviews mention one-hour delivery and a kabasa delay beyond the quoted 10 minutes.

2

Check Entrances. If you arrive through a secondary door, check that it is open first; one entrance was locked without a clear sign.

The Bottom Line

Bawabat Al Warqa is a broad-menu cafeteria and restaurant in Al Warqa where the clearest strengths are biryani and charcoal-grilled dishes. Customers mention chicken dam biryani, beef dum biryani, chicken charcoal, mixed grills and butter chicken, so it suits diners looking for hearty Indian and grilled-food choices rather than a narrowly focused menu. The restaurant is also set up for groups.

Reviews mention separate family seating, a spacious family area, parking in front and successful birthday events ranging from under 50 guests to about 60–65. One celebration included food, decorations and a buffet that guests praised, making advance discussion worthwhile if you are planning a small party. Pricing is often described as moderate or pocket-friendly, but it is not uniformly considered cheap: one diner found mango fish curry expensive at AED 25, while another paid AED 13 for a suhoor meal they felt was limited.

Fresh juices and smoothies are another useful option. Service and timing are the main cautions. Some visits were attentive and efficient, but others involved no table acknowledgement, slow grill service or delivery taking more than an hour.

If ordering delivery or a freshly prepared dish, allow extra time and confirm the expected wait. Washrooms are reported as clean by some reviewers but hot and in need of upgrading by others.
