One installation team was described as polite, clean in its work and careful to tidy up afterwards.
HD Box Update
A home visit updated a viewing HD Box after the device needed an update, getting it ready for the new football season.
Tips for a Better Visit
Verify Term. Before paying, confirm the subscription length in writing; one customer paid for a year but received three months.
Confirm Timing. Get a firm installation or delivery date and keep the messages; several reviews describe repeated “tomorrow” promises and long waits.
Check Contact. Call before travelling to the office or booking installation, since one visitor found the office vacated and the map listing unchanged.
Clarify Support. If you paid beIN directly, ask whether support is included before paying again for a new subscription or service order.

The Bottom Line
beIN Sports UAE is a pay-TV subscription and authorised beIN Sports channel partner in Al Garhoud. Customers use it for subscriptions, receiver installation, satellite-dish repairs and HD Box updates. The strongest reviews describe quick technical help: one customer said the satellite dish and receiver were fixed smoothly, while another reported an HD Box being set up and updated at home before the football season.
The experience is inconsistent, however. Some customers praise quick responses, prompt service and polite installation teams that clean up afterwards. Others report unanswered calls, missed delivery promises and receivers delayed for six weeks or more.
There are also serious complaints about receiving a shorter subscription than paid for and being asked to pay again after a technician visit did not resolve the fault. Before committing, confirm the subscription duration, delivery or installation date, and what support is covered. If your subscription was paid directly to beIN, clarify the payment and support arrangements first.
It is also worth checking the current contact details before visiting, as one reviewer found the office had vacated without the map listing being updated.
