This was such a good move from them for me since we no longer need to deal with traffic going to Financial center if we’re craving. As always, the food is great! Their ramen is one of the best and sushi rolls always taste fresh. The takoyaki is also well cooked and the flavor is just right. The service was fast and our waiter is very attentive. This restaurant is affordable considering they serve authentic japanese cuisine.”

“I ordered the seafood noodles and, as soon as the dish arrived at the table, I immediately pointed out that the seafood was practically inedible. The squid and shrimp were extremely overcooked, tough as marble, and impossible to enjoy. Considering the price of the dish, I expected much better quality. I informed the waiter and asked for the dish to be taken back. To their credit, they prepared a new one. Unfortunately, when the replacement arrived, it had exactly the same problems. The seafood was still extremely tough, the dish lacked salt, and despite specifically requesting it spicy, there was no spice.. At that point, I called the waiter (very polite Mark, Harold and Harris, again i explained that this felt more like a joke than a solution. I then asked to speak with the chef. In many restaurants around the world, including five-star and Michelin-starred establishments, when a customer has a serious issue with a dish, the chef will often come to the table to listen and understand the feedback. I waited for about 10 minutes, but the chef never showed up. Not even to hear what I had to say. Eventually, I decided to leave. The only positive thing I can say is that the noodles themselves were acceptable. Everything else was a complete disappointment.”
