Tips for a Better Visit
Try WhatsApp. For puppy supplies, ask about WhatsApp ordering and whether free delivery applies to your order.
Ask questions. If you are choosing food or grooming, ask about nutrition and care; one customer received answers without sales pressure.
Check visibility. Before grooming, ask what parts of the grooming area remain visible if watching your pet matters to you.
Check puppy terms. If considering a puppy, confirm the current price and inspect the enclosure, since reviews raise concerns about both.
Plan supplies. The shop may cover several errands: customers report finding food, accessories and grooming in one visit.

The Bottom Line
Best Pets Unlimited Trading LLC is a Palm Jumeirah pet shop for everyday supplies as well as dog grooming and live pets. Reviews specifically mention broad pet-food choice, accessories such as collars and leashes, and grooming that left dogs clean, tidy and comfortable. One first-time grooming visit was described as calm and well handled.
The staff are a strong part of the experience. A customer asking about dog nutrition and grooming received useful answers without pressure to buy, while several reviews describe the facility as neat, clean and welcoming. If you are shopping for a puppy, bird or other pet, customers have said the animals looked well cared for, though that is not consistent across all reviews.
Ordering can be convenient: one customer placed a puppy-supply order through WhatsApp and reported free delivery, while another praised timely delivery. Ask about the current delivery terms before ordering. There is also a less reassuring side to consider.
Reviews from nearby residents allege persistent barking, including at night, and one customer reported a 28000 AED price for dogs alongside concerns about tiny cages. If grooming visibility matters, check the glass arrangement first, as one reviewer objected to covered sections.
