Few other Indian restaurants in the same vicinity or within the 10-15 mins driving radius also sell Amritsari Kulcha, and the quality or actual recipe of their Kulcha is very different and authentic in my view. Would kindly request that the management or kitchen should either change the name of the dish or kindly consider changing the recipe. This dish in the current form appears to me either as a Plain Stuffed Naan or a Plain Stuffed Paratha.”
