Bistro Aamara Restaurant

Bistro Aamara is a celebration of global culinary diversity and cultural richness. Our menu is a testament to our culinary imagination drawn from the countries historically connected by the traditional Silk Route. Imagine the travelers of old, gathering at oases along the Silk Route to share stories and food from different regions. Bistro Aamara aspires to recreate that communal spirit in the heart of Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road. Our restaurant is envisioned as an oasis, providing a haven where patrons can savor a blend of flavors reminiscent of the historical Silk Route.
