Careful Installation
The delivery and fixing team were praised for completing installation neatly and with close attention to the final result.
Remote Selection
Remote clients can select materials by video and review product drawings when visiting suppliers is difficult.
Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm Dates. Get a firm completion date in writing before ordering; one customer found the timeframe poor despite otherwise strong service.
Check Delivery. Inspect the delivered piece promptly and confirm the item matches the approved design, especially for large furniture such as TV tables.
Clarify Support. Ask how corrections and after-sales issues are handled before paying, as reviews include both strong service and serious response complaints.
Discuss Budget. Share your budget early and request a detailed quote; reported prices included 3,400 AED for one dining chair and 25,000 AED for a TV cabinet.
Choose Materials. Ask whether you can review samples or slabs yourself; one client selected the exact marble slab for a dining table.
Plan Remotely. If you cannot visit suppliers, ask about video-based material selection and reviewing product drawings remotely.

The Bottom Line
BOLD Bespoke Design is a custom furniture and interior fit-out studio in Al Safa, aimed at people who want pieces made around a particular room, style or brief. Reviews mention dining tables, bar tables, side tables, makeup tables, wardrobes and claddings. The recurring strength is the design conversation: customers describe teams that listen to an initial idea, refine it and produce something that does not feel generic.
Craftsmanship and finishing are the main reasons to consider it. Customers praise material quality, precise details, professional designers and clean installation. One penthouse project involved personally selecting the exact marble slab for a dining table, while another customer arranged material choices and product drawings remotely by video.
Several reviews also say delivery matched the agreed design or arrived earlier than expected. There are practical cautions. Timelines have not always been reliable, and some customers reported unanswered messages or unresolved delivery mistakes, including a wrong TV table.
After-sales experiences therefore appear uneven. Pricing can also be substantial: one review cites 3,400 AED for a single dining chair and 25,000 AED for a TV cabinet. Ask for a detailed quote, confirmed completion date and clear correction process before placing a bespoke order.
