Tips for a Better Visit
Ask wrapping. If you are buying a present, ask about gift wrapping; reviewers specifically mention wrapping services and wrapping options.
Check stock. The selection is thoughtfully chosen, but one reviewer noted that not every item was available, so check before relying on a specific product.
Compare prices. Expect different price points rather than one uniform range; a review mentions attractive options across several price levels.
Inspect toys. Check a toy before leaving, since one customer reported opening a broken toy and attempting a return the following day.
Avoid closing. Do not leave browsing until closing if you need time to decide; one shopper described being told to leave as the store was closing.

The Bottom Line
ae in Business Bay is more than a toy stop. You can browse toys for toddlers and older children, children’s books organised by age, stationery, and creative supplies. Reviews also mention manga and anime, die-cast cars, and an ETB, so the stock goes beyond standard gifts.
It is especially useful when you are choosing a birthday or Christmas present and want help narrowing things down. Customers mention educational gifts, gift wrapping services and wrapping options, and one reviewer received help with envelopes and a printout. The shop is also described as clean and well organised, with options across different price ranges; another review calls the toys and books unexpectedly affordable, while a separate customer found prices slightly high.
Service feedback is mixed. Many shoppers describe patient, friendly assistance, but several older and newer reviews report staff following customers or giving suspicious looks. One particularly negative account involved a broken toy returned the next day, where the customer felt accused of causing the damage.
If you are buying a toy, inspect it before leaving and check availability for a specific item, since one reviewer said not everything was in stock. For gifts, asking about wrapping early should make the visit more straightforward.
