Tips for a Better Visit
Check Policies. If you may be late, ask about rescheduling before paying; a helicopter-tour customer was offered no alternative.
Use WhatsApp. For attraction tickets, WhatsApp can provide quick replies and a payment link as an alternative to the website.
Ask Payment Options. If upfront payment worries you, ask whether a day-by-day “Pay As Per Use” arrangement is available for your booking.
Check Safari Type. Confirm whether your safari includes dune bashing: one customer deliberately chose a version without it.
Watch Pickup. Expect a driver message confirming the pickup time shortly before departure; one review mentions a 30-minute notice.

The Bottom Line
com is a Bur Dubai travel agency for arranging Dubai and UAE experiences, attraction tickets and broader holiday itineraries. Reviews give the clearest picture of its strengths: desert safaris, Yas Island Parks tickets, Burj Khalifa tickets and guided city tours are all mentioned, with customers often describing the booking process as quick and organised. The desert safari experiences range from dune-bashing outings to a gentler option without dune bashing.
One detailed review mentions camel riding, henna, a buffet, soft drinks, shisha and evening entertainment including fire and belly-dance performances. City tours also stand out for knowledgeable guides who explain Dubai’s history and present-day life while covering a lot of ground. Communication is a practical advantage.
Customers report quick replies, all-day WhatsApp support and tickets arriving within minutes after payment. Transfers are another recurring positive, with several reviews describing pickups and drop-offs as punctual; one driver confirmed the pickup 30 minutes in advance. Some customers also found ticket prices competitive with other sellers or lower than online rates.
There is one important caution: a customer who arrived late for a helicopter tour said the company did not offer rescheduling or another option. Ask about lateness and cancellation terms before paying, and check exactly what is included in your chosen safari or ticket package.
