Bradfield Learning and Development

Excellence in People Development Bradfield was established in 1989 in Cambridge, UK, as a consultancy, conducting HR projects and offering advice to the many university lead companies in the area. Bradfield has also been a trusted partner of the CIPD since 1992, delivering their qualifications in the UK, Europe and Middle East to thousands of students. In the Middle East we want to be the leading provider of CIPD courses across our core territories namely, Dubai, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. In addition we want to be able to cross sell our in-house programmes, both CIPD and tailored, to our core customers. We want to be seen as a leader in providing service excellence to our customers.
