Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm pricing. Ask for the final price before leaving your items, since one customer reported a higher charge at pickup.
Clarify urgency. Confirm whether your order is being marked urgent; one customer said four non-urgent shirts were charged that way.
State treatment. For valuable garments, repeat the requested treatment clearly and check the returned item, after a report of a coat being washed instead of dry cleaned.
Ask delivery. If timing matters, ask about next-day delivery: reviewers reported receiving suits the next day without extra charges.
Try curtains. Curtain cleaning is a strong option to consider, with reviews mentioning rehanging and additional ironing after cleaning.

The Bottom Line
Bright Star Laundry Dry Cleaning Mirdif is a laundry and dry-cleaning service with a useful mix of routine garment care and specialist household work. Reviews specifically mention curtain cleaning, shoe cleaning, carpet cleaning and suit dry cleaning, while pickup and delivery make it workable for regular customers or time-sensitive orders. Curtain work is one of the clearest strengths in the feedback.
Customers describe curtains being cleaned well, rehung and ironed again, and several reviewers say they were satisfied with the result. Shoe cleaning also gets direct praise. For clothing, reviewers mention clean, neatly folded garments, stain removal on a jacket, and urgent cleaning for two dresses completed on time.
Next-day suit delivery was reported without an extra charge, and a high-roof vehicle helped keep a kandora straight during delivery. There are important checks to make before handing over valuable items. One customer said a 6,000 AED coat was washed in water despite dry-cleaning instructions and then arrived damp and creased.
Another reported higher-than-quoted prices at collection, while a separate review says four shirts were charged as urgent at 20 AED. Confirm the treatment, price and urgency status in advance, especially for expensive garments or straightforward ironing orders.
