Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm Pickup. For airport arrivals, confirm the meeting point and ask for a name board; one traveller found the clear sign reassuring after a late flight.
Ask About Tours. If you have spare time between transfers, ask whether a short city tour can be added; one last-minute booking included one after a flight change.
Plan Changes. Send updates promptly when flights or plans change. A review says the company handled unexpected changes with flexibility.
Request Equipment. For business travel, ask whether practical extras such as mobile chargers and bottled water are available in the vehicle.
Mention Children. Tell the company in advance if travelling with infants or children, since one family’s booking included a baby seat.
