The Good Stuff
Genuine Parts
A Toyota Yaris repair was completed using genuine Toyota parts, which the reviewer credited for making the car feel brand new again.
Urgent Support
One reviewer says the workshop can provide pick-up and drop-off support when the repair visit is urgent.
Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm Dates. Get the promised completion date in writing and ask how delays will be communicated, since one customer was originally told three to five days.
Document Condition. Photograph the car, fuel level and belongings at drop-off; one reviewer specifically relied on timestamped pictures when reporting an empty tank at collection.
Call Ahead. If using a discount book or visiting for washing, check availability first because one customer found only one technician and one washing slot.
Track Insurance. For an insurance repair, ask for regular approval and progress updates rather than waiting for the handover date.

The Bottom Line
CAM AUTO CENTRE LLC is a multi-brand car repair and maintenance workshop in Dubai Investment Park. You can bring a car for mechanical work such as brake repairs and diagnosis, or use its accident-repair and painting service. One minor-accident job was completed within three working days; another insurance repair was said to make the car look brand new.
The strongest feedback is specific. A brake repair was explained clearly, quoted reasonably and followed up after completion. A Toyota Yaris was repaired with genuine Toyota parts, while a Land Cruiser’s full-body paintwork was described as neat and flaw-free.
Customers also mention vehicle polishing, service contracts and urgent pick-up-and-drop support. The experience is not consistently smooth, especially for insurance or parts-dependent work. Several reviewers reported missed completion dates, including one car held for three months and another delayed while the workshop searched for parts.
There are also complaints about a wrong bumper, vibration after a lower-arm replacement, drained battery, missing emblem and fuel. Before leaving the car, photograph its condition, fuel level and belongings, confirm the parts and handover date in writing, and ask how progress updates will work. If using a coupon, check capacity first; one customer arrived to find only one technician and one washing slot available.
