The Good Stuff
Genuine stock
A Sony ZV-E1 buyer received a genuine UAE version, not grey-market stock, with a one-year warranty.
Rare finds
Customers found cameras that were unavailable elsewhere, including the Pocket 4, Luna 360 Ultra and Canon G7X Mark III.
Lens delivery
A Canon RF 24mm F1.8 lens reached Fujairah the next day, in its original box with extra protection.
Helpful advice
One customer said staff understood their needs and explained model differences without pressure to oversell.
Useful accessories
The shop stocked an unusual Manfrotto release plate and older-model batteries, useful when standard retailers come up short.
Tips for a Better Visit
Verify warranty. For a new camera, ask whether it is a genuine UAE version and includes the full one-year warranty.
Ask prices. If you prefer fixed pricing, confirm the final amount before paying: one battery quote fell from AED 130 to AED 80.
Test lenses. When buying a lens, test it on your camera; one buyer mounted the Canon RF 24mm and checked that it worked properly.
Message first. Use WhatsApp to check availability or request sourcing; a Canon camera was found and delivered within a few hours this way.
Use parking. Public paid parking is available near the shop, so factor that in when collecting gear or dropping off a repair.
Bring repairs. For repairs, ask about the in-house technician rather than assuming the shop will send the camera elsewhere.
