The Good Stuff
Pickup service
Pickup and delivery are often described as quick, punctual and careful, including placing rugs beneath heavy furniture.
Curtain care
Curtains can be removed, cleaned, returned and steamed in place, with customers saying the process required little effort from them.
WhatsApp updates
Customers mention responsive WhatsApp communication, including status updates and photos during a four-day re-clean.
Deep cleaning
The service also covers upholstery: one customer said a couch and headboard were transformed in under an hour.
Heavy rugs
A 2.5m x 3m white shaggy carpet reportedly came back white and fluffy rather than grey.
Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm timing. Get the turnaround and delivery window in writing before collection; reviews mention promised dates changing from two days to seven.
Use WhatsApp. Ask for WhatsApp status updates and photos, especially if a re-clean is needed; one customer received updates throughout four days.
Inspect first. Because one review advises waiting until the carpet arrives, inspect its condition and smell before completing payment.
Discuss fabrics. Ask how the cleaning will affect delicate or luxury materials before handing them over, as reviews mention damage to silk and wool carpets.

The Bottom Line
Carpet Pro is a carpet cleaning service in Al Jaddaf with collection and delivery for rugs and carpets. 5m x 3m white shaggy carpet reportedly returned white and fluffy, while another reviewer said stain removal saved them AED 800 against buying a new rug. The service extends beyond carpets.
Curtain cleaning includes measuring, careful removal, cleaning, return and reinstallation, with steaming in place where needed. Reviews also mention sofa, chair, couch, headboard and window cleaning. WhatsApp booking and communication are recurring positives, and one customer received photos and progress updates during a four-day re-clean.
Reliability is not completely consistent. Many customers report punctual pickup and delivery, including a carpet gone for only four days, but others describe delays of six hours, eight days or even a month, along with changing delivery promises. There are also serious complaints about shrinkage, rough texture, white stains and damage to silk or other carpets.
Clarify the turnaround, final price and treatment for delicate materials in writing, then inspect the carpet’s condition and smell before paying. The overall picture is capable cleaning with convenient handling, but quality control and follow-up deserve careful attention.
