The Bottom Line
Listed in Al Garhoud, Carpools UAE is built around car-lift travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You can book a daily or monthly office commute, a one-time ride, or an airport transfer. Reviews also mention a private car booking and a last-minute parcel service between the two cities.
The strongest pattern is dependable execution. Regular commuters describe punctual pickups, clean vehicles and comfortable long rides, including a Kia Carnival 7-seater and a well-maintained vehicle used for daily travel. Door-to-door pickup and drop-off is another useful detail, especially if you do not want to coordinate a meeting point.
Several passengers also describe smooth, safe driving; one airport traveller running late said the driver stayed calm, provided updates and got them there on time. There is one important caution. A January 2025 review reports paying a month in advance, then facing a first-day no-show and no response when seeking help.
Confirm your assigned vehicle, driver contact and backup arrangements before making a monthly commitment. For airport bookings or other time-sensitive trips, share your schedule clearly and ask how updates will be handled.
