Tips for a Better Visit
Use basement. Park in the basement early, since outside parking is described as challenging at Oasis Mall.
Ask Fazaa. At checkout, ask whether your Fazaa discount applies before the bill is completed.
Check online. If your clothing size is missing in Splash, ask staff to help you shop online for it.
Compare branches. Before buying sale items, compare another Centrepoint branch because identical products may be discounted elsewhere.
Try shoes. Use the accessible trial rooms to check fit, especially when comparing several shoe sizes or styles.
Allow time. Leave extra time for detailed shoe shopping; one customer spent two to three hours comparing discounted options.

The Bottom Line
Centrepoint - Oasis Mall is a useful one-stop department store in Al Quoz for family shopping. You can browse clothing, footwear, baby essentials and home-related items in one branch, with reviews specifically mentioning newborn clothing, nursery purchases, comfortable walking shoes and 100% cotton shirts. It is a practical choice when one shopping trip needs to cover several members of the family.
The strongest pattern in the reviews is hands-on service. Shoe shoppers describe being shown multiple sizes and styles without pressure, while Babyshop customers received help selecting nursery items and baby gear. The clean mother’s and baby changing room is an especially useful detail for parents shopping with a growing child.
Trial rooms are also described as easy to access. The branch is generally reported as tidy and easy to navigate, even when busy, and checkout assistance is often quick. Ask about Fazaa discounts and check online if your preferred clothing size is unavailable.
Parking outside can be difficult, so the basement is the safer plan. There are a few reasons to stay alert: the branch is smaller than some Centrepoint stores, sale prices can differ between locations, and one online return had only two of four items refunded. Customer support and chatbot response times also drew criticism, so compare branch stock and pricing before committing.
