Food 7

  1. Burger overload Net −1
“Today i visited Chickboy Inasal at Al Ghurair Center and ordered the Burger Overload based on the enticing picture in the menu. Unfortunately, what I received was far from what was advertised. The burger was extremely disappointing. The bun was stale, the patty was dry and lacked flavor, and no toppings what so ever, with thin slice of fake cheese and probably top it off with expired mayo. Overall, the quality of the food was terrible and did not match the appealing image at all what was advertised. I was very disappointed with my experience and do not recommend ordering the Burger Overload from this place. A BIG NO !!!👎🏼”
  2. Chicken nuggets Net −1
“Not to mention, I have never in my life eaten such bad chicken nuggets; this is the first time ever.”

“Dine at 3:47 the food was cold the beef is so hard that you cannot bite have 3pcs of beef only, and bought 3pcs of Isaw for 10.50 not good cold and no taste , I will not recommend.”
  6. Halohalo Net −2
“Rice seems a little bit odd the texture definitely old the halohalo has only ice beans and gulaman in it,your food quality is way far from your sharjah city center branch, theyre food quality there taste fresh and newly cook im afraid im not gonna eat here in al ghurair branch”
  7. Palabok Net −2

Tips for a Better Visit

Showing 2 of 6
1

Check chicken. Check that grilled chicken is fully cooked before eating; one diner reported receiving raw chicken and had to return it.

2

Allow time. For delivery or a tight schedule, allow extra time: one order placed at 3:30 PM was still unready at 5 PM.

The Bottom Line

Chic Boy Inasal Restaurant serves Filipino food at Al Ghurair Centre in Al Muraqqabat - Level 2. Chicken is the main draw: reviewers mention Chicken Inasal, especially Inasal na paa, with juicy meat, a balanced grilled flavour and a slightly sweet taste. Meals with unlimited rice and soup are also mentioned, making the order more substantial for hungry diners.

Other reviewed choices include Bulalo, Bangsilog, beef sisig, lumpia and pansit bihon. Some customers describe the food as tasting like home, and several praise the counter team for being friendly or for explaining the menu. That warmth is not consistent, however; other diners describe dismissive service, limited communication and poor handling of complaints.

The bigger caution is reliability. Reviews report long waits, including an order still unready after 90 minutes, as well as missing drinks, cancelled delivery orders and incorrect items. Food quality also varies: some meals are praised, while others mention cold dishes, undercooked or raw chicken, odd rice texture and disappointing halo-halo or palabok.

Check chicken and serving temperature before eating, confirm menu quantities, and allow extra time for delivery or busy service.
