What to Eat at Chikex - Arjan Branch How we choose these items We use AI to find praise and criticism of specific foods and drinks in a selection of Google reviews. For Chikex - Arjan Branch, this list is based on 50 reviews, not every review of the restaurant. The score is positive reviews minus negative reviews. For example, two positive reviews and one negative review give +1. Each review counts once per item; neutral comments do not change the score. A zero score is not a positive recommendation. “Only neutral feedback” means there are no positive or negative votes. “Mixed feedback” means equal numbers of positive and negative votes. The quotes are examples of what people said, not every comment we counted. We use different reviews where we can. We normally show up to 10 foods and 5 drinks with non-negative scores. Items with the same score stay together. If a tied group would go past the limit, that group and the lower non-negative scores go into Honorable mentions. If an overflowing positive top tie would leave the list empty, we show up to 10 items from that tie and keep the rest in Honorable mentions. Foods and drinks with a negative score are under What to Avoid. Use this as a guide to what reviewers liked, not a guarantee that you will like it too.

Tips for a Better Visit
Check timing. For delivery, avoid relying on peak periods until the branch’s recent delays improve; a reviewer reported waiting 90 minutes.
Confirm orders. If ordering through an app, check the order carefully on arrival, since one Keeta customer received the wrong order.
Try specials. Look out for monthly promotions and Payit offers, which reviewers say can make the chicken especially affordable.
Ask customisations. The branch has accommodated special requests, so mention your preferred changes when ordering rather than assuming they are unavailable.
Plan parking. Allow extra time to find parking, as one Arjan review specifically says the parking situation needs improvement.
Try off-peak. For a smoother visit, consider avoiding busy lunch or late-night periods; one review linked lunch rush to dry, salty chicken.

The Bottom Line
Chikex is a fast food restaurant in Al Barsha South with a strong local following for fried chicken. The main draw is the contrast reviewers keep returning to: crisp, relatively light breading outside and juicy, well-seasoned chicken inside. It is also a place to try the Krispy X Spicy Burger, Matafi X Burger or Double X Burger, with spaghetti and coleslaw mentioned as worthwhile sides or alternatives.
Pricing is repeatedly described as affordable, and the menu includes some notably budget-friendly examples. A reviewer reported a Pizzaro combo for 18 AED, while another mentioned a Payit promo 1AED meal. Monthly promotions are also worth checking if value is your priority.
Special requests have been accommodated, and WhatsApp ordering is praised for quick replies and help with choosing products. The main caution is delivery consistency. Recent customers reported waits of 35 minutes and 90 minutes, while another received the wrong order through Keeta.
The dine-in area has been described as a little hot, and parking can be difficult. For the best chance of a smooth experience, confirm app orders and consider visiting outside rush periods.
