Tips for a Better Visit
Check Arabic. Ask how Arabic is taught and monitored before enrolling, especially if regular Arabic learning is important to your family.
Clarify transport. Confirm bus availability, reopening arrangements and compensation terms in writing before paying for a package.
Use the app. Ask how to access the parent app; families use it to follow progress and see everyday activities.
Discuss support. If your child needs speech, behaviour or toilet-training help, raise it early and ask how individual support will be handled.

The Bottom Line
Chubby Cheeks Nursery is a preschool in Arabian Ranches with foundation-stage classes, play-based activities and online lessons mentioned in the reviews. Families describe children becoming more confident, sociable and communicative; one parent saw a child with delayed speech begin using more words and sentences after extra support. Another reported that a child who struggled to focus eventually wrote her own name.
The day-to-day experience seems especially dependent on the classroom team. Reviews mention creative activities, patient guidance and teacher assistants who help children settle, while the parent app and regular updates give families a window into progress and daily activities. Management is also praised for listening to concerns and following through until issues are resolved.
There are two points to check carefully before enrolling. One parent questioned the seriousness of Arabic teaching, even after raising the matter. A separate review describes a dispute following a KHDA-ordered refund, including an alleged annual “original price” above AED 70,000, a notice charge and concerns about missing bus service.
These are significant claims from individual reviews, so confirm the current fee, withdrawal, transport and refund terms in writing.
