Tips for a Better Visit
Check hours. If you are visiting in the morning, confirm the opening time first because a recent customer reported a late opening.
Check offers. Look at the online shop for promotions: one review says offers were online rather than in the store.
Check seals. Inspect an RTA before leaving and raise any packaging issue immediately; one customer received theirs pre-opened.
Confirm delivery. For online orders, confirm the delivery window before paying, since one nearby customer was quoted two days.
Ask details. If you are new to vaping, ask for a full product explanation and flavour guidance before choosing.

The Bottom Line
City Vape is an Al Muteena electronics store for vaping products, with reviews highlighting its choice of devices, pods, vape juices and accessories. It is worth considering if you want to compare options in one visit rather than buy a single familiar item. Customers have also received help choosing a first vape or putting together an RTA build.
The product range is one of the clearest strengths. Reviews mention many devices, mods, pods, coils, disposables and e-liquids in different nicotine strengths. There is also an online shop: one customer reported ordering and receiving a product on the same day, while another said online offers were better than the in-store deals.
A points system and bargains were also mentioned. Service appears uneven rather than uniformly reliable. Many customers describe polite, helpful staff and good prices, but one recent visit involved staff using phones and headphones, while older reviews mention unanswered WhatsApp messages and an RTA arriving pre-opened.
One customer also reported three Xtra disposables lasting only three puffs each, although the later response included an apology and an offer to make it right. Check the opening time, confirm delivery timing, and inspect sealed products before leaving.
