Tips for a Better Visit
Use WhatsApp. If the website gives trouble, use WhatsApp support; one customer completed a discounted purchase with immediate help.
Check pickup. For an excursion, confirm the pickup arrangement the day before rather than assuming home pickup is guaranteed.
Confirm itinerary. Ask what is included and how long each stop lasts, especially on Abu Dhabi and Ferrari World combinations.
Pack mosque wear. For mosque tours, check the dress code before leaving; a reviewer advised preparing suitable clothing early.

The Bottom Line
CollectYourTicket is an online travel agency for Dubai attraction tickets, excursions and tours. It is especially useful when you want to compare discounted entry for Atlantis Aquaventure, IMG Worlds of Adventure, Ski Dubai or Global Village without queueing at the venue. Tickets often arrive by email within minutes, and customers commonly receive a WhatsApp message checking that delivery worked.
Support is the strongest recurring theme. Reviewers describe quick WhatsApp replies for website problems, forgotten passwords and last-minute bookings. The company also arranges experiences beyond admission tickets, including desert safaris with dune bashing, quad biking, camel rides and a Bedouin-camp evening, plus yacht and Abu Dhabi tours.
Several Abu Dhabi reviews praise the guides and air-conditioned transport. The important caution is that tour quality can vary by itinerary and operator. Two Abu Dhabi reviews describe changed pickup arrangements, expensive buffet or shopping stops, missed sights, delays and too little time at Ferrari World; another reports a worn van and rude drivers.
A yacht review also mentions a 50-minute delay. Confirm pickup, inclusions, meal stops and timings in writing before paying. For mosque visits, check the dress code early.
