It all started in 2018 when Coop opened its first restaurant at the Jumeriah Village Circle in Dubai and focused on offering only two main courses, traditional Syrian shawarma and broasted chicken. Since then, Coop gained immediate popularity and became a sensation among Syrian fast-food lovers. In just a little over a year, Coop opened the doors for its second restaurant at Dubai Silicon Oasis in 2019 to cover for the demand of foodies travelling distances for a bit of a taste of home
