Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm booking. Reconfirm your WhatsApp booking and therapist shortly before arrival; one appointment was reassigned 20 minutes before it began.
Clarify treatment. Repeat the exact treatment you booked at check-in, especially for deep tissue, since one customer received a relaxing massage instead.
Allow buffer. Leave extra time around an appointment because one customer waited more than 30 minutes despite booking ahead.
Confirm duration. Confirm the session length before starting; one customer booked an hour but was told the massage was over after 30 minutes.
State preferences. Explain areas and pressure clearly before the massage; a customer specifically requested focus on the legs but was refused.

The Bottom Line
Create Beauty Spa is a Thai massage centre in Jumeirah Village Triangle where you can book Thai massage, deep tissue massage or a Moroccan bath. The strongest reviews point to individual therapists rather than a uniformly consistent experience: customers describe skilled, comfortable sessions, including one deep tissue treatment that helped an arm problem, and another review praised a therapist’s technique for helping the customer relax. The setting also receives positive mentions.
Customers have called it clean, peaceful and nice, with friendly service and warm greetings. Thai massage is specifically praised in several reviews, making it one of the clearer reasons to consider a visit. There are important checks to make before booking.
A customer’s deep tissue appointment became a relaxing massage instead, and the therapist took a phone call during the session. Another customer was told an hour-long booking had ended after 30 minutes, while a separate appointment was changed shortly before arrival. Waiting times have also been an issue, including a reported delay of more than half an hour.
Confirm the treatment, duration and therapist when booking, and allow extra time. If you plan to use the shower room, note that one recent review reported a bad smell there. Overall, the reviews suggest potentially good massages and a pleasant atmosphere, but with enough recent complaints to make reconfirmation worthwhile.
