Tips for a Better Visit
Ask options. If budget matters, ask about treatment choices: one reviewer was shown different medication price options without surprise charges.
Use 24-hour care. For urgent consultations, reviewers note that the Al Garhoud branch is open 24 hours for consultancy.
Share preferences. For grooming, explain the finish you want beforehand; one owner said the cats were groomed exactly as requested.
Request updates. For hospital stays or serious cases, ask whether regular updates or photos can be provided; reviews mention both options.
Plan aftercare. Before surgery, ask what recovery should look like and what symptoms require follow-up; one owner received guidance that reduced unnecessary worry.

The Bottom Line
Cute Cat Veterinary Clinic in Al Garhoud combines veterinary care with grooming, so you can bring a cat or dog for consultations, vaccinations, dental cleaning, surgery or a full groom. The business description also notes 24/7 emergency care, diagnostics with an IDEXX laboratory and X-ray imaging, plus pet boarding capacity. The strongest pattern in the reviews is gentle, patient handling.
An anxious cat reportedly stayed calm during grooming, while another reviewer said a Toy Poodle returned beautifully groomed and completely relaxed. Owners also describe veterinarians taking time to explain diagnoses, treatment plans and surgery aftercare clearly, including during serious cases involving anaemia, critical rescue kittens and fluid therapy stays. The clinic is repeatedly described as clean, bright, organised and comfortable, with a calm environment for pets and owners.
Communication is another practical strength: reviews mention daily updates and photos when requested, which can make a longer treatment or hospital stay easier to manage. If cost is a concern, ask about available treatment options; one reviewer says the team showed choices based on their budget without surprise charges. A separate review reports a 50% discount for a rescued stray, though this should be confirmed directly before treatment.
The Al Garhoud branch was also described as open 24 hours for consultancy.
