Tips for a Better Visit
Bring your design. Ask the team to review your file before printing; a customer received a better paper-stock suggestion and a quick correction process.
Ask about timing. For late-night or early jobs, check the current branch hours first; reviews specifically mention 24-hour service and early opening.
Confirm specifications. For passport photos, ask for the in-house service and confirm the required specifications before you leave.
Check parking. If visiting the Onyx Tower branch, ask whether parking validation is available; one customer received it free.

The Bottom Line
DESCO Copy & Print Center in Barsha Heights is geared towards both routine documents and deadline-driven print jobs. You can use it for passport or visa photos, posters and event materials, custom T-shirt embroidery, and practical finishing such as laminating and ring binding. The useful difference is that staff often help with the file itself rather than simply pressing print.
Speed is the strongest recurring theme. One event order was ready in a few minutes after a paper-stock suggestion, while another customer received 500 business cards within 12 hours. Custom embroidery was reportedly ready in two to three hours, and a last-minute bachelorette project was completed successfully.
Reviews also mention early-morning opening and 24-hour service, though it is still sensible to confirm current timings before making a late trip. For official photos, the in-house passport-style service was completed within required specifications, and a visa photo was done quickly. If you are visiting the Onyx Tower branch, one review mentions free parking validation.
Pricing feedback is favourable but does not include a specific amount: customers describe document services as affordable and one urgent event order as more reasonable than competing quotes. There is one clear caution: a customer reported poor courtesy and efficiency during a query, so expectations may depend on the interaction.
