Smart locks
Smart-lock installations are often completed quickly; one fingerprint-enabled lock was installed in about 30 minutes and was easy to use.
Car keys
A lost car key was replaced, cut and coded to the vehicle in about 20 minutes during a home visit, avoiding a trip to a dealer.
Remote copies
Garage and parking remotes can be duplicated at home; one customer received a working duplicate the same day after a WhatsApp exchange.
Lock changes
A customer received an immediate WhatsApp reply and quotation, then had a lock changed in minutes at an exactly scheduled appointment.
Multiple repairs

Tips for a Better Visit
Use WhatsApp. Send the job details on WhatsApp and request a quotation before booking; one customer received an immediate reply and quote.
Confirm parts. For a new-lock installation, confirm that all lock parts are included before the technician starts, following one reported incomplete delivery.
Prepare documents. If replacing a safe lock, have the required documents ready; a customer sent them before the technician completed the job quickly.
Check timing. Ask for a specific arrival window and confirm it on the day, since customers report both exact-on-time visits and a 90-minute delay.
Describe keys. For car-key work, explain the vehicle and key situation in advance; one used-car owner received a coded fob and cut key at home.

The Bottom Line
DEX Key Maker is a mobile locksmith serving International City and locations across Dubai. It is especially useful for urgent lockouts, lock changes and smart-lock work, with multiple reviews describing quick WhatsApp replies and technicians arriving within 30 minutes or less. Home visits are a recurring convenience.
Smart-lock installation is a clear strength in the reviews. Customers mention replacement, installation and programming, including a fingerprint-enabled lock fitted in about 30 minutes. The business also handles car-key replacement: one used-car owner received a genuine fob, a cut key and coding at home in 20 minutes.
Garage and parking remotes can be duplicated too, including a same-day home visit in Umm Suqeim. Pricing is repeatedly described as reasonable, and one customer said the quoted price did not change after the job. Still, check the arrival time and inspect new-lock parts before installation.
One review reports a 90-minute delay and missing components in a supposedly new lock, resulting in a cancelled order. For safe-lock work, prepare the required documents in advance. Overall, the review picture is strongly positive but suggests confirming the appointment and product details when the job is time-sensitive.
