The Good Stuff
Helpful staff
Staff are described as friendly and willing to guide customers, including helping them choose the right wash cycle.
Hotel delivery
Hotel pickup and delivery makes the service practical for visitors without easy access to a washing machine.
Fresh folding
Customers regularly report clothes returning clean, fresh-smelling, and neatly folded or packed.
Large capacity
The shop has multiple washing machines and dryers, supporting both self-service visits and larger laundry loads.
Bulky items
Reviews specifically mention successful duvet cleaning, including stain removal and a soft, clean finish.
Tips for a Better Visit
Avoid overloading. Do not overfill the basket; one reviewer warned that overloading can reduce cleaning quality and potentially affect the machines.
Choose hangers. Ask for the hanger option if you want clothes to arrive absolutely crease-free rather than folded.
Find the shop. The shop is inside the surrounding interior rather than immediately visible from the street, so allow time to locate it.
Use lunch time. For self-service washing and drying, lunch is a useful window: one review says the cycle can finish while you eat nearby.
Confirm cutoff. If you need same-day service, call ahead and aim to arrive by the stated evening cutoff for the wash-and-dry cycle.
Consider delivery. Travellers can ask about hotel pickup and drop-off, which several reviews found convenient when carrying laundry around Dubai.

The Bottom Line
Dirt Buster Laundry Services in Al Rigga is useful when you need clean clothes quickly rather than waiting for a conventional laundry turnaround. You can use the self-service machines, leave a basket for washing, drying and folding, or arrange pickup and delivery to a hotel. 5 hours, and travellers appreciate being able to leave the shop while the machines run.
The service is also used for more than everyday clothes. Customers mention ironing services, neatly folded laundry, fresh-smelling whites, duvets returned spotless, and hotel deliveries completed the same day. One visitor reported AED 45 for washing and drying up to 8 kg, while another paid AED 60 for full washing, drying and folding.
These are customer-reported examples rather than a current price list. There are a couple of practical cautions. Do not overload the basket, as one reviewer said this can affect cleaning and the machines.
Folded clothes may be slightly crushed, so request hangers if you need a crease-free finish. One review also reported laundry returned dirty and unironed, suggesting it is worth checking the result before leaving. The shop can be easy to miss inside the surrounding area, but Union Metro Station is described as a short walk away.
