Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm method. For expensive fabrics, confirm the requested cleaning method and handling before handing items over.
Ask about speed. If timing matters, ask whether same-day return is available; one customer received laundry back the same day.
Share instructions. Give detailed care instructions at collection, since reviewers say minor laundry notes were followed carefully.
Discuss pressing. For formalwear, ask specifically about pressing: a reviewer used the service for a wedding dress and was pleased with the result.

The Bottom Line
Diva Laundry is a dry cleaner and laundry service in Jumeirah Golf Estates, useful for everyday washing as well as more specialised jobs. Reviews mention pickup and delivery, wedding-dress pressing, shoe cleaning, curtain cleaning and carpet cleaning, so it is not limited to standard clothing loads. Convenience is a recurring strength.
Customers describe collection and drop-off as punctual, responsive and easy to manage remotely, with WhatsApp communication and timely quotes mentioned in one review. A same-day return was also reported. The service has handled delicate or formal items including a wedding dress, a kilt, suits, dresses and linens; other reviewers reported no shrinkage, fading or ironing issues.
Sheer and blackout curtains were both cleaned to one customer’s satisfaction, while four pairs of jeans were repaired successfully. There is one important caution for costly fabrics. A customer reported that Minotti sofa covers requested as dry clean were washed and ruined, followed by a disputed AED 200 compensation offer.
That is a serious reason to confirm the cleaning method, document the item’s condition and ask about damage coverage before submitting expensive upholstery or garments. For routine laundry, dress pressing and household cleaning, the reviews are otherwise consistently positive.
