Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm delivery. Ask about the delivery fee before paying, especially if ordering through WhatsApp rather than the website.
Use WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a practical way to place an order and get quick replies about available products.
Ask preferences. If you are unsure what to choose, describe your taste and ask for a recommendation; customers say the advice is specific.
Plan ahead. Visitors can arrange delivery to a hotel or apartment, including by contacting the shop before arrival.
Check threshold. Ask whether your order qualifies for free delivery: one customer reports this for purchases of 300+.
Name items. State the exact flavour or replacement part you need; one online order correctly matched Tokyo flavours and pod coils.

The Bottom Line
Dubai Vape Lab is a vaporizer store in Trade Centre where customers buy vapes, e-liquids, accessories and pod coils. The strongest pattern in the reviews is convenience: orders are handled quickly, replies come promptly, and home delivery is often described as fast. One customer received an order within an hour, while another arranged delivery to a hotel after landing in Dubai.
Selection is another reason people return. Reviews mention top-quality vapes, newer brands and flavours, plus specific purchases such as Oxbar, Humo Azul vape and Tokyo flavours with coils for a pod. Customers also describe the products as genuine and good quality, with prices they consider affordable.
The shop itself was called clean, and several reviewers say staff take time to explain options rather than rushing the sale. For a first order, WhatsApp appears to be a convenient contact route, but confirm the delivery charge before paying. One reviewer was unhappy about a 30AED fee that they felt was not clearly disclosed when ordering through WhatsApp.
Another customer reported free delivery on purchases of 300+, so it is worth checking whether your order meets that threshold. Hotel and apartment delivery are both mentioned in the reviews.
