The Good Stuff
Helpful selection
Patient guidance makes it easier to choose matching furniture, lighting and accessories without feeling rushed.
Remote shopping
The team can send real photos and videos of items held at another showroom or warehouse before you decide.
Design support
Interior-design assistance can extend from furniture allocation to drawing-board planning and organisation.
Fast delivery
Reviews include a sofa delivered on schedule, a lamp delivered in two days and a rug delivery arranged quickly.
Broad choice
The showroom includes substantial selections across furniture, decor and lighting for home, office and outdoor projects.
Tips for a Better Visit
Request photos. If an item is elsewhere, ask for actual photos and videos before ordering so you can judge it remotely.
Check measurements. Confirm the dimensions carefully, especially for rugs: one customer found the delivered rug smaller than expected.
Clarify repairs. For expensive beds, ask in advance whether installation problems are covered or could require factory fees.
Use WhatsApp. Ask whether your order can be handled through WhatsApp; one customer completed material questions and delivery arrangements that way.
Plan layouts. For a larger furnishing project, ask about drawing-board planning and furniture organisation rather than choosing pieces in isolation.

The Bottom Line
Ebarza is a modern furniture store and interior design studio in Palm Jumeirah, with a showroom where shoppers can explore contemporary pieces and get help shaping a room. Reviews point to useful buying support for sofas, lighting, wall panels and rugs, including assistance with selection, ordering and delivery. The strongest pattern is patient, detailed help rather than a rushed sales floor.
Customers describe receiving real photos and videos of items held at another showroom or warehouse, getting prompt answers over WhatsApp, and finding matching pieces such as a chair for a dressing table. Interior-design support has also included taking furniture choices to a drawing board and organising the layout, which is useful for a home or office project. Delivery experiences include a sofa arriving on schedule, a lamp order reaching a Dubai home in two days and a rug exchange arranged after it proved smaller than expected.
Quality and after-sales experiences are not uniformly reassuring, though. One customer reported a Bianca X king bed sinking within 11 months and being quoted 550–850 dirham for factory work; another described damaged sofa supports. For costly or bulky purchases, inspect construction, confirm measurements, and ask how installation, exchanges and repairs are handled before paying.
