Tips for a Better Visit
Check warranty. Before buying, ask how warranty claims are handled; one customer said the whole unit had to be replaced instead of repaired.
Confirm collection. For material orders, confirm whether you collect from the warehouse behind the showroom rather than the showroom itself.
Ask availability. For a larger order, ask about stock and delivery timing; a customer found stock updates and on-time delivery particularly useful.

The Bottom Line
Electra Dubai LLC is a lighting and electrical store in Deira where you can compare decorative lighting with everyday electrical essentials. Reviews mention lamps and chandeliers for both modern and classic homes, indoor and outdoor lighting, Legrand switches, fans and electrical accessories. The breadth is a major draw: one customer described finding lighting, exhausts and other electrical parts in one place.
The store seems useful when you need advice as well as products. Customers describe staff explaining specifications, understanding project requirements and recommending durable options. For larger or repeat purchases, reviews also mention updates on stock availability, prepared packages and deliveries made on time.
Prices are repeatedly described as competitive, reasonable or lower than typical retail centres, although there are no verified item prices in the reviews. There are a few practical cautions. A warehouse behind the showroom handles some material collections, so confirm where your order will be handed over.
It is also worth clarifying warranty procedures before paying: one customer reported being told to replace an entire unit rather than receiving after-sales repair. Another recent review complained about not receiving a reply, so confirm follow-up arrangements for phone or post-purchase queries.
