Tips for a Better Visit
Name the use. Tell the team whether the wood is for a BBQ, smoker or pizza oven; reviews say the recommended wood can differ by cooking method.
Try WhatsApp. For a quick order or urgent need, WhatsApp is worth trying: one customer arranged an outdoor cooler this way and received it the same day.
Ask about stacking. If you are ordering several bags, ask whether delivery can place and stack them where you need; this was done for a home delivery.
Consider bulk. Regular BBQ or camping users can ask about bulk wood and charcoal orders; one customer orders every few months and receives packed deliveries.
Ask about setup. For larger equipment, confirm assembly or installation support before delivery; reviews mention it being completed without fuss.

The Bottom Line
Elite Horizon General Trading LLC supplies firewood and outdoor equipment from Dubai Industrial City. Customers come here for oak and other cooking woods, lump charcoal, BBQ equipment and pizza ovens, with reviews repeatedly highlighting quick replies and dependable delivery. It is useful if you need fuel for a smoker, pizza oven, fireplace or camping fire rather than just a small supermarket bag.
The wood gets specific praise. One smoker user called the oak the best quality they had used in Dubai, while another customer uses the company’s wood for both offset cooking and direct heat. The lump charcoal is also noted for having sizes ranging from small starters to larger pieces suited to longer burns.
If you are unsure what to order, explain the cooking method: one reviewer received separate recommendations for BBQ and pizza-oven wood. Ordering by WhatsApp appears convenient, and several reviews describe same-day delivery. A home delivery even included carrying the charcoal and three bags of firewood around to the back of the property and stacking them neatly.
Bulk customers can ask about packing and placement. Equipment buyers also report practical guidance, installation help and quick replacement support when a grill arrived damaged. No customer reviews supplied a specific price, so confirm current costs and delivery arrangements directly.
