Tips for a Better Visit
Request photos. Ask for before-and-after duct photos; one customer received live camera views and visual proof of the buildup and cleaning.
Confirm permits. If your property is managed by Emaar, confirm the required work permit and follow-up arrangements before booking.
Protect surfaces. For kitchen hood work, ask how the stove and countertop will be protected; one team left zero mess after cleaning.
Confirm timing. For a café or restaurant booking, reconfirm the appointment and communication process, since one café reported delays and repeated follow-ups.

The Bottom Line
ELPROCARE Technical Service LLC handles property maintenance in Al Qusais, with the clearest review support for AC duct cleaning and kitchen hood cleaning. Duct customers describe removal of heavy dust, mold and allergens, stronger airflow and fresher indoor air. One particularly detailed review mentions a Rotobrush machine with an inspection camera, allowing the customer to see buildup inside the ducts before work began.
Kitchen hood cleaning is another strong theme. Reviews describe careful cleaning of filters, exhaust fans and ductwork, with better suction and no grease or mess left around the stove. The team has also been used for water tank cleaning and disinfection, as well as AC compressor, restaurant AC and plumbing repairs.
Several repair reviews mention same-day fixes or quick arrival. The feedback is not uniformly smooth. A café customer reported delays, excuses and poor communication for a hood-cleaning booking.
More seriously, an AC customer said a leak was left behind and that the company did not return because an Emaar work permit was required. If you are in an Emaar property, confirm permits and follow-up responsibility before work starts. For duct cleaning, ask whether before-and-after photos or camera inspection are included; for commercial hood work, reconfirm the appointment time.
