Tips for a Better Visit
Request certification. Ask when the Certificate of Destruction will arrive; one customer reported an accounts-team delay after service.
Confirm contact. Confirm the main email contact before the appointment, as one review mentions slow replies and unclear follow-up.
Allow buffer. For time-sensitive bookings, leave some schedule margin: one appointment began 1.5 hours late but still finished on time.
Ask discounts. If you have a very large paper load, ask whether volume pricing is available before confirming the booking.
