Check hours. If you need a wash, confirm the operating window first; one review says washing runs from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Allow time. Build in extra time for Auto Pro washing, since a customer reported waiting almost 45 minutes with only two workers present.
Confirm price. Ask for the current wash price before payment; one customer said they were charged AED 30 for the All Pro Wash.
Inspect wash. Check the car before driving away, because one customer said it was still dirty after the wash.

The Bottom Line
ENOC 1013 is a fuel station in Al Quoz next to Al Khail Mall. You can refuel, use the car wash, visit ENOC Zoom, and ask about extras such as fuel injector cleaner. The most distinctive recurring detail is window cleaning during refuelling: several customers appreciated having their glass and mirrors cleaned without needing to ask.
Service at the pumps and in the store is often described as quick, polite and professional, and the station is reported to be well maintained. ENOC Zoom also received praise for helping with a lost phone. That said, the experience is not completely consistent; reviews mention both attentive service and rude interactions, particularly around the car wash.
Plan a wash carefully. One review says washing operates from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, while another reports an almost 45-minute wait when only two workers were available. Inspect the result before leaving, and confirm the price first: a customer reported being charged AED 30 for the All Pro Wash.
If you use Yes rewards, check that your points appear before driving away, as multiple reviews describe missing points.
